J&K Farms Hemp Co. is a small business located in Washington County, Tennessee. My husband and I have heard so many amazing stories about how hemp products have benefited people, from skin conditions all the way to pain relief, which inspired us to start this business. We started growing hemp in May of 2020 focusing on growing in small batches for the highest quality of hemp using organic practices every step of the way.
In early 2020 our sweetest 13 year old dog, Sonya, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma (aggressive bone tumor) and had to have her front leg amputated. We gave her CBD oil to help her cope with the pain and arthritis she had developed which helped her tremendously. Sonya recovered nicely from the amputation and was thriving for several months until her last days. We felt like if it helped her maybe we could grow hemp to help provide people with a natural pain reliever along with the many other benefits that it has to offer.

What is CBD?
CBD stands for cannabidiol which is a major naturally occuring phytocannabinoid found in hemp flower that is non-psychoactive.
Why is CBD good for you?
Hemp is a great source of antioxidants, terpenes, flavonoids, chlorophyll, and omega fatty acids along with many other vitamins and minerals. Studies have shown CBD may help reduce chronic pain, inflammation, anxiety, depression, epilepsy, reduce acne, reduce symptoms related to cancer and its treatments.
What do Whole-Plant CBD Tinctures taste like?
They will have a strong earthy bitterness which will increase with the milligram strength. So 500 mg will not be as strong tasting as the 1500 mg. The flavored tinctures will have hints of lemon and mint which may help with neutralizing some of the bitterness.
Are CBD products legal?
Hemp-derived CBD products under 0.3% THC are legal on the federal level but could be illegal under some state laws so its always wise to check your state laws before purchasing any products with THC in them.
Will I fail a drug test taking CBD products?
Though it is uncommon, because of the trace amounts of THC in CBD Oil and hemp flower, it may be possible to fail a drug screen so if it is a sensitive issue at your workplace it would be best to refrain from using any ingestible CBD products with THC in them.
Does CBD Oil and/or flower make you feel high?
CBD is non-psychoactive and does not have the ability to create a high although you may feel a sense of calm and relaxation.
When will my order ship?
Orders will normally ship within 24-48 hours and take 1-3 days to arrive depending on USPS.

What is hemp seed oil?
Hemp seed oil is the oil that is cold pressed from the seeds of the hemp plant. It is rich in omega acids and highly beneficial to the skin as it has anti-inflammatory properties while moisturizing and encouraging new cell generation and skin growth.
